Short Film Competitions on Divyangjan Sashaktikaran 2017 is organised by Directorate of Film Festivals (DFF), Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.)
LAST OF SUBMISSION : 31st August 2017
ENTRIES : Short Film Entries are in three Categories :-
1). Short Documentaries on Accessible India Campaign : (Max 30 Minutes OR Not more than 30 Minutes)
2). TV Spots on Accessible India Campaign, DEPwD (Max 50 Seconds)
3). Short Films on following Criteria's  (NMT 5 Minutes OR Max 5 Min) -

• TV Sports on Accessible India Campaign, DEPwD (Max 30 Seconds)
• Scholarship Granted to Persons with Disabilities benefits.
• Benefits of ADIP scheme benefits and Assistive devices to Persons with Disabilities.
• Benefits of Loan Granted to Persons with Disabilities.
• Benefits of Skills to Persons with Disabilities.
• Accessible building benefits to Persons with Disabilities.
• Benefits of NGOs working for Persons with Disabilities.

ELIGIBILITY :

• Open to all interested applicants.
• The film can be listed in any official language of India and should be subtitled in English only.
• The film must be produced at least before one year w.r.t from 09th August, 2016.

SHORT FILM COMPETITION 2017 PRIZE MONEY :
Short Documentaries on Accessible India Campaign -

• 1st Prize - Rs. 4,00,000/-
• 2nd Prize - Rs. 3,00,000/-

The award function will be on 21st September 2017, held at Siri Auditorium, New Delhi (Tentatively).
